Become a Trainee Producer!
We're hiring tainee producers to be part of the team at this year's Signal Festival! Our trainee producers play a vital role in the running of the festival, taking on practical and adminstrative roles across our programme of events.
As a trainee producer, you will:
- Meet and greet and check in participants at events
- Collate equipment and help set up events
- Help collect and file all monitoring and evaluation materials
- Take photographs/video footage of workshop activity, pending photo/video consent

Volunteer for Signal Festival!
Get invloved and join us as a volunteer for Signal Festival! We welcome volunteers aged 14+ and appreciate any time you are able to give.
Key Details:
- Signal Festival runs from Friday 25 July to Saturday 2 August.
- Most daytime events and workshops will take place from 11.00 a.m. - 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. - 4.00 p.m.
- Evening events will run for 2 or more hours.
Volunteer activities will include:
- Helping to set-up and breakdown workshop or event spaces
- Helping artists to set up their requirements
- Helping to welcome participants
- Helping with gathering feedback from participants

There’s the need to show everyone exactly what Swindon has to offer because a worrying amount of people (particularly young people) are unaware of what is happening in the local art scene and are of the belief that you need to leave town in order to explore the arts. Signal Festival was created to prove those assumptions wrong.
